Capitalia Hipodromo Condesa

Location was great. We were one block from the park and lots of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood. Very spacious apartment with separate area to work in. Free washer and dryer available to guests.

No breakfast. Location was great.

The water was shut off for 36 hours! No showers. Very smelly bathrooms! We were not compensated.

The details. Inside the apartment was excellent… the soaps, cleanliness, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a full meal. Layout was good and modern. It was very comfortable, secure and location in Condesa was perfect …close to restaurants, coffee shops and the beautiful Parque Mexico.

My particular suite had the front door right on the main foyer so I could hear people come in and out, talking and everything that was going on. A simple solution would be a front door that reached all the way to the ground or was more soundproof. I also didn’t like that security had to let you in and out every time you wanted to leave or come back. It was to the point where I knew the security guard had been on almost a 24 hour shift and so I felt like I didn’t want to leave because I would disturb them. Security were really good though and did an excellent job. I just didn’t feel like I had freedom to come and go which is very important to me. Being able to use my entry code at the front gate would be preferred. The water was out for 24 hours… this is not the building fault and they did good to get someone in on New Years Day to fix it… however I needed to leave the place to use washroom and spent a lot of time trying to find a gym so I could shower.
