Expensive and the gym is very minimal

Staff were rude

Everything! First of all the staff was great, kind and respectful, we arrived at 3:00 am! and there were staff on shift that received us. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old, the space was comfortable, clean, and equipped with basic necessities, as so was the kitchen. The shower had hot water. We stayed for almost 7 days and whenever I needed extra trash bags or towels they provided it them., even did laundry the last day. The location is great! walking distance to Parque Mexico and Parque España, little cafes, great restaurants and cool spots! we loved everything!

Location, location, location. The location of the stay made it so easy to move around, you feel comfortable, secure, have great cafeterias and restaurants just steps away. And the apartment is beautifully decorated, beds are amazing and you have everything you need.

I enjoyed the smooth and easy check in process. Someone met me at the door and walked me to the lobby. Once checked in, they took me up to my room and showed me how to use the door code, which was very convenient, no key card necessary. There were staff members on site to assist 24/7. They were friendly and attentive and met all my needs. Highly recommend this stay. The property was in a great location, close to a big park, coffee shops, restaurants, and stores.

We had a really good stay at this apartment. The location is awesome—extremely close to Chilpa (a restaurant we love) and just a 5-minute walk to Walmart, which made everything super convenient. The space was just right for a small family, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen was a big plus, fully equipped with utensils in great shape, which made cooking very easy. Internet speed was excellent and reliable.

A couple of things that could make the experience even better: having an extra bathroom would be really convenient, and the AC only being in the main bedroom means the rest of the apartment can get a bit warm. A centralized system would improve comfort.
