Mattress was soft and lumpy.

Well located, beautifully designed.

Son emplacement, il se trouvait à 2 min du parque Mexico qui est le plus bel endroit de la ville. Et possède un mignon petit rooftop. De plus plein de petits restaurants sont à proximité.

L’établissement n’était pas propre. Le sol était plein de poussière. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes avec un lit d’appoint. Quand nous sommes arrivés le lit n’était pas fait, et nous avons dû le faire nous même car l’employé de l’hôtel nous a juste donné les draps. De plus en 4 nuits, aucune femme de ménage n’est passée.

Total of lack of basic amenities like a hand towel for each guest or adequate coffee service. Had to request bedding for second bed and make it up ourselves. No towel hooks or bars. Indifferent staff. Walls were paper thin and heard all others coming and going.
