Good location

We were traveling as a couple plus my son staying on the sleeper couch. Both sleeper couch mattresses had large, distinct urine stains. They couldn’t be flipped be a use they were ultra-cheap, thin, one-aided mattresses. Disgusting and uncomfortable. No communication about checkin after 10pm, despite my requests, only a message saying “subject to availability.” I had to call. The listing was misleading, there was no air conditioning in the living room/sleeper couch area. We lost hot water consistently throughout our stay. We had NO WATER several times. Staff could not provide us with a roll of toilet paper so we had to buy some at Oxxo. This was a very bad experience. The location is good but there are so many other options in the area that I will not recommend. I expect to write an honest review on all platforms.

The apartment is really nice and seems to be newly furnished, it's a great size and amenities are great. The surrounding areas and access to all parts of the city were easy. TV's in both rooms which you can cast to are a great touch. The extra large bed was super comfy! Some nice food places and bars within a few minutes. Front desk security is 24/7, the gym is small but functional and the roof terrace is nice.

There is no room cleaning without a hefty charge and we stayed for 6 days. Had to ask for Towels to be replaced on the 3rd day and the staff were kind of hesitant to provide replacements. Would have liked the living room to have A/C. However these this are minor things and would not stop me from booking again, infact we moved to a posh hotel after and actually missed our stay in the apartment and location!
