GBThe house was larger and better than we'd expected. Definitely worth saying it's rustic but it was very spacious and worked so well for a family of 5.
GBThe place is beautiful and the hosts were so welcoming. Great space in the lounge for games and quirky features everywhere. Lovely, quiet location with some nice walks from the accommodation.
I found that not being able to get out of the bed on both sides meant we were disturbing each other in the night and there is a bit of a drive to get to a decent road to go off to places, but nice walks from close by too, so not too much of an issue and the quiet, beautiful location makes up for that.
AUNice quiet location not far from West Down village. The farm cottage has plenty of space and good facilities. There is a well equipped kitchen enabling you to cook or heat up your food. The lounge/dining area is a good size as are the upstairs bedrooms.
The lounge room has a fireplace and this could definitely appeal to some. However, if you come back late as we did and it is cold, it would be good to have more instant heat from a radiator.

GBWe loved our stay at the farmhouse. Truly idyllic scenery and the hosts were lovely. All very comfortable and made for a wonderful escape!
Only slight problem was that everyone in our group was very tall which the doorframes were not best suited for - we had a few bumps on our heads but it wasn’t really an issue.
GBWe fell in love straight away, the farmhouse was perfect, idyllic and soo peaceful. Our dogs loved being on the farm and totally fitted in. A lovely place for an ideal position to explore North Devon
