PLLovely peaceful location, big fields to walk around in the nature. House is something unusual and adventurous- never slept in a 1000years old house! Lovely host and great contact for any questions

DEWe stayed for three nights in May 2024. We were greeted by the especially friendly hosts, Hannah and Jon. Their family's farmhouse in Higher Aylescott dates back centuries and has been updated respecting this long history. The farm sits on a country lane outside of the village West Down, away from any traffic and other noise. The farm itself has no annoying sounds. The nights were wonderfully quiet and we slept very well.
GBComfortable, quaint, this had everything we needed. Teenagers.has fun with the Twister! Fire was lovely. Host was very friendly 🙂
We liked it all.
GBWe loved the welcome we got and the fact the cottage feels and is a real devon cottage on a real farm. Sights, sounds, and smells are exactly like you would expect, and it was perfect for us. We will be back.
