La ubicación es lo mejor, la persona que nos informó del check-in y con la que estuvimos en contacto con el problema del aire acondicionado, fue atenta y respondió siempre rápido.

La limpieza no fue la mejor, mucho polvo bajo la cama y en la habitación. La tapa del inodoro estaba rota, lo cual creo que es fácil de cambiar. El aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba correctamente, el primer día no tuvimos aire acondicionado y fue bastante difícil dormir.

We did not have a good experience. We arrived at the place was extremely hot and we specifically reserved this place to have air conditioning. The A/C was broke and after messaging the host who was quick to respond came up with no valuable information as to how to fix it by passed the blame and responsibility to someone else. The apartment was 26 degrees and because the outside air temperature at the time was over 20 degrees, opening the window wasn't helpful and we didn't sleep well at all. There is no dish cloth provided to clean the apartment. The kitchen sink had a leak when it was turned on. The toilet seat was broke in which we informed the host and he responded saying "don't worry", which I found amusing because I wasn't worrying about it but I was hoping something to be fixed instead. The inside heaters were switched on and even after turning them off they still worked adding to the internal heat. The host said this was automatic because of outside temperature however as I said before it was 20+ degrees outside!!

Good location. Close to railway station from where you can reach all outstanding points on lake Como

Локация отличная для Лекко, 5 минут пешком от железнодорожного вокзала. Для путешествий без автомобиля очень удобно. Понятные инструкции по самостоятельному заселению. В квартире было очень чисто. Были предоставлены гель для душа и шампунь.

В квартире не было губки для мытья посуды. Еще хотелось бы иметь микроволновку, чтобы была возможность разогреть готовую еду.

Nagyon szép volt a kilátás. Közel a belvároshoz, jó közlekedés.Kényelmes volt az ágy. Bőven volt törölköző. Csendes hely.

A konyha nem volt jól felszerelt. Hiányzott a mikrohullámú sütő. Mosogatószer is alig volt. Normális kávéfőző ma már nem nagy beruházás.

Apartament czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Wszystkie instrukcje dostałam w wiadomości. Super! Blisko dworca i centrum. Widok z apartamentu na góry.
