A truly lovely old building that has been beautifully refurbished and decorated. A real gem os a place.

The staff were so welcoming, professional and ensured all we needed was there before we asked. The room was amazing. Decor was like walking into a Victorian country manor combined with a French chateau. clean and comfortable. Calue for money Loved the whole experience

Loved everything

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and our requests were easily accommodated. The staff were warm, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The hotel's charming, historic character was beautifully preserved, adding to the overall experience. They had warm, comfortable beds in the individually styled bedrooms, and all conveniences to make our stay comfortable. We wished we had more time to unwind at the bar and enjoy the restaurant; although we didn't get a chance to dine there due to time constraints, the menu appeared inviting and appetizing. We would recommend staying with them.

They provided 2x very soft pillows each, but I would have preferred 1x soft and 1x firm. The beds were comfortable, but quite soft, we had a lovely stay so very little to complain about.

Lovely old tastefully restored building with modern amenities. Easy access to local wineries and 60 mins from Wellington and ferry terminals

Das Restaurant unter dem Hotel hatte über Weihnachten/Silvester leider zu und in der Stadt gibt es nicht viele Alternativen.
