House was modern, clean and very comfy. Good value.

The listing said is had on site free parking. When we got the instructions from the host we were asked not to used the house's private parking space but to park on the public road which meant parking some distance away. The reason we booked the house was as a base to help my son move into University and so had a very full car and really wanted the parking space.

"Lovely little property"

David the host was lovely and very helpful, the property was clean and had everything we needed more or less. Fairly close to the centre of Plymouth and was easy to access from where we were. The property had plenty of space and we liked having an outdoor area also!

It was no fault of the host but the main road where the parking is advised flooded and wrote my car off, David was lovely though and so helpful. Move your car round the back of the estate if heavy rainfall is expected! I would also have liked to be able to have hoovered as im a bit of a clean freak and having the dog I usually hoover twice a day at home so going round the floor with a dustpan and brush was not ideal but again a personal thing!

"All around a great little place, well equipped and clean. Parking needs to be sorted."

Just as stated, clean and comfy. Perfect little garden for our dog to have a little run around. Well equipped.

The parking situation is a problem, especially when you arrive late on an evening and then need to move the car early. Parking is a must really for travellers!

Large spacious living area

Bathroom floor covered in black hair. Mouldy nail brush and bath shelf. Towels were awful. Glasses all needed washing

"Nice property for an overnight stay with the family."

Modern property with plenty of room and everything you need for the purpose and of our stay for one night before catching the ferry to France. The owner was very communicative and the location is good, with amenities close by. Would have no hesitation booking again.

"Mostly a great find at a good price. Easy to work with the people renting."

Amount of space and bedrooms. Little outdoor garden.

Shower wasn’t super clean. Upstairs bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Kitchen amenities and basic supplies were lacking.
