"Good value, good sized house in an edge of town location, ideal as a base to explore Plymouth"

It's a good size house, would easily accommodate four adults or a small family. Nice to have outside space. Kitchen was open and everything was easy to use. Comfy bed. Spacious lounge and bedrooms.

The key box is a bit awkward ( I broke a nail trying to get into it). I also accept it said free parking, and it was, but not until I had booked did I find out it wasn't near the property and it was a bit of a pain trying to find somewhere and lug bags in. Also, the TV reception was shocking, I gave up in the end. Not a major issue for me as I had a book.

Great stay. Free street parking on road behind the address. Address is lovely inside.

Parking is in street behind as you can't use the spaces next to the house for some reason.

Easy to find and clean with nice towels

Minor items, have to move car by 08:00 till 09:30 due to traffic lane Was a bit of a smell in the air outside
