Delightful Cottage in Sandwich - One Bedroom

Good location for exploring the medieval town of Sandwich, Kent and the 1940s VE day event within a three minute walk from the property.

Communication with the property owners was not the best as I tried to contact them by phone and email to let them know there was a small leak from on of the central heating radiators and also the garden fence was blowing in the wind from a rotten fence post. As of yet I have had no response from the property owners either by phone or email.

Nothing really. Would have liked some milk so we could have a cup of tea before heading to Spar! The price of parking in Sandwich is high - but not your fault!

Very smart, well appointed and cost cottage in good location.

We arrived on a cold day and it took quite some time to heat the property.

The location is great, the cottage is well furnished and very cosy. The garden is small and secure for our dogs.

Some of the kitchen utensils/cookware are very old and need to be replaced. There were old, rotten veg in one of the kitchen cupboards. Only 2 teaspoons. There is no hairdryer. No access to regular TV channels. Previously we had access to Netflix, but this has now been disabled.

The location was ideal.

The property was dirty. We contacted the owners who informed us it was general wear and tear, not dirt. Unfortunately, the photos taken show dirt. The fridge was dirty, everything was dirty.
