Unica pecca forte odore di chiuso a causa del fatto che c’è solo una grande finestra. I vicini del piano di sopra, molto rumorosi

Heerlijk appartement. Super netjes en schoon. Gezellig ingericht. Hele fijne bank. Goede bedden. Zachte handdoeken. Alles aanwezig. Met zorg verzorgd. Er stond een doosje chocolade bij aankomst, er was koffie, thee, chocomelk, melk, water, zout, olijfolie, balsamico. Heel compleet en verzorgd.

De locatie was prima in de zin dat alles op loopafstand is. Wel was er veel herrie van het uitgaansleven. Nu waren wij er wel tijdens het weekend van Halloween en all saints. Dus drukker dan anders. Het appartement is redelijk geluidsdicht maar er stonden op een gegeven moment ook mensen voor de deur te feesten en gedurende de nacht kwamen andere bewoners in het pand om de beurt met kabaal het pand in. Dat was erg jammer maar daar ka. De verhuurder niets aan doen.

We liked to have the comfort of our own apartment with a parking included. We walked most of the time though. Take note that the parking is close to the apartment but not at the apartment. The whole apartment is beautifully decorated, the kitchen well equipped and all the small touches were perfect. It was great to have a washing machine!

Me gusto mucho lo reformado que está y la ubicación. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar allí unos días. El anfitrión fue muy amable con nosotras. Lo recomendaría para estar unos días en Sevilla

Wir waren begeistert von der Unterkunft. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Sauberkeit 10/10! Die Ausstattung der Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos, sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Parkmöglichkeit im nahegelegenen Parkhaus wussten wir ebenfalls sehr zu schätzen.

Todo. Loft amplio, limpio, bien ubicado, totalmente equipado y muchos detalles. Anfitriones muy amables. El tener disponible una plaza de parking.
