Loft en Centro de Sevilla con Parking gratis

Appartamento accogliente, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Parcheggio compreso a 5 minuti a piedi. Zona vicino al centro, perfetta per chi ha intenzione di spostarsi esclusivamente a piedi. Il proprietario Juan è molto disponibile e gentile. Se dovessi tornare a Siviglia, sceglierei di nuovo questa struttura!

L'unico aspetto negativo è che il proprietario parla solo spagnolo (nelle informazioni sulla struttura è riportato che le lingue parlate sono inglese e spagnolo).

Super schoon, gezellig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel fijn verblijf met gratis parkeren.

Finding the house was very easy. We found it spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. It's large enough for three people to live comfortably. Bars and restaurants are very close by, and there's a grocery store and pharmacy nearby. Most importantly, it offers free parking. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

It was very difficult to carry the suitcases upstairs.

Apartamento muy acogedor,decorado con mucho gusto. Todo muy nuevo y limpieza excelente.Toda clase de utensilios que puedas necesitar para la cocina,artículos de aseo en el baño,limpieza...etc Café para los tres dias que estuvimos,galletas,leche,cacao infusiones y agua en la nevera,que agradecimos mucho al llegar. Muy bien situado y lo mejor de todo,es que tuvimos los tres dias el coche a buen recaudo en la plaza de parking que tienen a 5 min. Los dueños,aunque no los vimos en persona,tenian todo controlado,nos mandaron mucha información de restaurantes y que visitar en los pocos dias de los que disponíamos. Se agradece también, el que nos dieran antes de hora, el apartamento,pues hacia muchísimo calor y nos vino bien descansar. Muchas gracias por todo,seguro que cuando volvamos a sevilla,os elegiremos.

The location was ideal and the loft was well appointed.

The parking was difficult despite being provided.

The loft is very clean, nice and cozy. We could find everything we need in the apartment. The host is very thoughtful. There is the welcome ice water in the refrigerator which is so great in the hot summer. I’d like to stay here again!

The location was perfect, and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and we appreciated the coffee machine, pods provided, water in the fridge and comfortable furniture. Juan and Lola are fantastic hosts, and their recommendations on places to visit and restaurants were great.

We were a little bit confused on how to access the apartment. We knew that we would have to go to the apartment first to get the keys, to access the car park (which is 400 m away) and that we would not be able to park on the kerbside for longer than a few minutes. So, I swiped the lock on the App 10 minutes before arrival, thinking this would provide me with the access code. Instead, it opened the door. So, perhaps this could be better explained beforehand. Also, it could have been pointed out that the apartment is the first on the left as you enter the building on the ground floor. What was great though was that Juan and Lola were on hand to help and they quickly reset the code, and provided detailed instructions on how to get into the car park. They were very kind and patient. Thank you!
