La verdad volvería a regresar a este hotel la comida muy rica, las habitaciones muy limpias el café que ponen en la habitación está súper rico, el personal muy atento todo muy bien

Me gusto el lugar, hice reservaron de último minuto y me hicieron válida puntos por eso, me gusto que en la parte de la alberca y la playa tenia camas con colchón tipo matrimonial con sombra.

Pienso que las actividades de noche termina temprano o bueno en la noche que me quede paso eso como la noche de cumbia y cena en el aire libre.

"La comida es mala y hay plaga en las habitaciones"

La ubicación

La comida le hizo daño casi a todos mis acompañantes, en la habitación había una especio de plaga que le picó a mi familia y se llenaron de picaduras casi todo el cuerpo y a pesar de reportar el hecho no hicieron nada al respecto

La atención al cliente

La habitación olía a humedad, igual que las sábanas, lavabo se tapaba seguido, la regadera goteaba aunque estuviera cerrada, cucarachas en el baño, instalaciones muy viejas para su costo de habitación, igual el ruido por los eventos para las personas de los primeros pisos es incómodo.
