Emporio Ixtapa - with Optional All Inclusive

I had a double booking!!! Same dates . NO HELP FROM BOOKINGS NOR HOTEL!!!!! I’m so disappointed

It was fabulous. The property itself was lovely - truly a 5 star. Facilities beautiful. Pool/beachside location great! Large pool, where I was able to do my daily laps. Various activities - Zumba, water aerobics, bingo, pool volleyball, etc. Very nice central location in Ixtapa. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Not a lot. The one thing I would comment on would be the food. This however may represent a personal problem because I am not fond of Mexican food. We purchased the breakfast only, rather than the all inclusive, so we were able to eat light snacks for lunch and go to various nearby restaurants for supper. I would also comment that the weather was extremely hot and uncomfortable at the middle of the day - but this does not reflect on the property. The pool was helpful at these times.

La mala atención general. La tardanza en asignar habitación. En la que esperé más de 40 minutos. La habitación no estuvo lista y asignaron otra. El desinterés por dar un buen servicio. Que las bebidas hasta las 11 am dan el servicio y empiezan de mala gana y descortés.
