On a adoré notre séjour ici ! Communication au top, personnel très sympathique, tout est très beau. On a l'impression d'être dans un petit cocon au sein même d'Ubud, au calme !

I loved absolutely everything, what a great little property! The grounds are stunning and I love that you can order from the cafe and have it delivered to you. The bed was huge and super comfy (i love a firm mattress), you have your own terrace with outdoor kitchen, fresh drinking water, a lovely pool and super friendly staff. I also love an outdoor bathroom!!

The bed was like a cloud, so comfortable They give you toothbrush, paste and soaps which are nice and eco friendly. The staff is amazing and super friendly

The property is incredible and the service is exceptional! It’s a hidden gem in Ubud. I loved that it was located on a little hill as it felt very private and also there were no mosquitos. Beautiful villas. The team is amazing, trying to hard to accommodate all my requests. Special thanks to Mellyz who took such a great care of me. The location can’t be any better, it’s the best street in Ubud with so many things to do. Bintang supermarket, health stores, the best hairdressers, cafes and restaurants. Joyously Raw is in my heart now

More kitchen utensils for the choice to cook in house, although the food cooked on site was so delicious it was hard to want to cook

kitchen could have been a bit better equipped. I basically was only able to prepare Müsli and fruit salad there. But on the end I guess cooking myself wouldnt have turned out to be soo much cheaper then simply eating out.

Everything! Loved the villa with the open bathroom and own garden, the passionfruit growing around the pretty pool. But the best thing about this place was the staff - every person working there was SO helpful, friendly and genuinely kind. Oh, and the food - superb. Delivered to your villa or to the gorgeous garden or in their cafe. Their smoothly bowls are showstopperd.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like but just to assist others in will note that there are a lot of steep steps at this property. The staff insist on carrying your luggage but anyone with mobility issues should consider carefully.

I stayed at this villa for three weeks and honestly didn’t want to leave. From the moment I arrived, everything just felt easy. The place is exactly what you hope for when you book somewhere in Bali — peaceful, private, and beautifully set up. The villa itself is clean, well maintained, and has everything you need to settle in properly, not just for a few nights but for a longer stay. What really stood out was how comfortable it felt living there day to day. It’s one of those places where you wake up relaxed, enjoy your mornings, and actually look forward to coming back in the evening. Whether it was lounging by the pool, working, or just switching off, it worked perfectly. The staff and owners were also excellent — responsive when needed but never intrusive. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, which makes a huge difference over a longer stay. If you’re looking for somewhere in Bali where you can properly unwind and feel at home, this is it. I’d 100% stay again.

Room and coffee

Wir haben uns im Joyously Raw sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen und der Pool war direkt vor der Tür. Man konnte den ganzen Tag leckere vegane Gerichte und Getränke von der Menükarten bestellen und sie wurden direkt in die Villa gebracht - ein toller Service, den wir gerne genutzt haben! Mehrere Restaurants und Spas waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, vielen Dank :)!
