Everything! It was all really magical. I couldn’t find fault in the property. The food was incredible, the staff, the sea, the housekeeping, the villa, the facilities. It was dreamlike.

There was nothing at all about the island. From the moment we stepped on the island it was giving White Lotus! The only tiny thing I could think to improve would be the airport meet & greet and the waiting area.

The staff were very hospitable and attentive to every suggestion and request we had. Really amazing sense of hospitality. They did all the efforts to make sure guests are happy. Shoutout to Brett, Vivek and their teams .

The resort is not at all a 5 stars one. We have been to 4 star resorts in the Maldives previously, with a better pricing and experience. Food was not to our taste. The rooms are old and not well looked after. The room service/ cleaning needs improvement. Cutlery was dirty. On another note, the premium all inclusive is not premium. Everything you would expect to have as premium would be chargeable for example bottled water as opposed to the filtered water the resot offers (we had to argue given we were traveling with a baby to get the bottled water without charge). Alcohol offered is the entry level. Nothing premium.

É nossa segunda vez no hotel. É tudo perfeito. Gostamos porque é um hotel relativamente pequeno, o que traz um clima pessoal, as pessoas e o atendimento extremamente amável, comida perfeita! As acomodações são excelentes. O Spa Elena é maravilhoso! E a natureza faz seu papel, vimos golfinhos, tubarões, tartarugas, mantas, arraias e uma infinidade de peixes! Você curte a natureza tanto saindo a passeio, mas o snorkeling na praia do próprio hotel já oferece uma experiencia muito rica!

Poderia melhorar o sabor dos cafés no café da manhã. Tanto os expressos quanto o americano deixam a desejar. Único defeito. O expresso do bar da piscina é muito bom. Outro ponto seria oferecer alternativas à comemoração de Natal para hospedes que estão a fugir de comemoracoes natalinas.

Facilities & cleanliness are good. Food is really nice & friendly staff.

A bit too quiet during the day - no events or activities, also barely any music. All you can do is lounge around the pool, beach and sunbathe. Had 1 water polo event during 10 days we stayed and it was the most fun even the whole time we were there. Everything else is excellent
