MYOwner last 2 hours informed me that my original booked unit was not available and offer another unit.
Replaced unit is old , doors , and electric appliances are non-functioning. There is no view as it is located on the 1st floor. The unit that I've book was given back on day 2 which as shown in the booking.com pictures. There is Seaview.
PTLocation was perfect. Nice swimming pool. Good views from the balcony. The issues we encountered during our stay we addressed appropriately.
The apartment is in need of an upgrade. The electric hob was old, the extractor fan made a lot of noise. The fan in the master bedroom bathroom made a lot of noise. Two lights above the mirror in the bathroom were not replaced. The toilet seats were warn out. the electric switches failed during use. The outside furniture was very uncomfortable and sacking. There was a double bed in the living room suggesting it was a 4 pax apartment, but it is clearly not. Master bedroom sliding door handle is loose. Missing a drying line/rack, dustpan & brush. No hand towels. No soap dispensers. We requested an extra set of keys, which never came. Upon returning the keys to the keybox, the code had changed without notification, hence a bit stressful check out.

MYMYThe host was kindly upgraded room for us. Place was spacious and clean. Host gave out direction in detail.
There is no personal touch in the room. Quite basic. Can be better. (This is our 3rd time in this building with different hosts and different units). Bath towels not absorb water, just acceptable. Understand it's not a hotel but can be improved.
