The cleanliness

The chairs were just there for show without balance and there was no bed or place to sleep for the third sleeper as I had booked for 3. We all had to be squashed in one bed and had to take turns sleeping on the cold floor.

Congested parking space. My neighbour had to park in the street overnight because his vehicle was too long to park side by side with mine, without blocking each other's exit.
