Disappointed booking was cancelled was offered another apartment with 1 bedroom not acceptable 😒

Phone call of staybrite as I pulled up saying we couldn't stay in 2 bedroom apartment was told to contact you to get a refund very disappointed

The size of the apartment and its cleanliness

We were on top floor and there were no elevators! There were 4 of us and the impression we got was tat there were 5 beds. It turned out there were just 3 beds - 1 double and 2 singles. One of us had to sleep on the sofa but there was no additional bed linen. We had to buy a sheet.

It had beds and a tv and was near where we wanted to shop

The holes in the living room and small bedroom behind the doors the damp under the window the nails sticking out of the wall the 2 pillows have stains someone melted the carpet with a iron in the big bedroom there were no curtains on blinds in the living room so we could see the flashing lights of police cars we used are phones torches because they had no lamps and the ceiling lights were extremely bright and some flickered not good for my epilepsy the wall in the big bedroom was was wood you see builders use and the keys in lockbox 15 where we were supposed to be staying opened 19 the fact they wanted £350 before giving me the lockbox code and not making it clear what it was for so I spent £315 in April booking the place for 2 nights and on arrival 2nd of may they asked for £350 so they could send me the code I spent £665 on a 2 night stay in the wrong apartment because they mixed up the key and didn’t tell the person that we were now in the wrong apartments so at 9 pm a American was trying to get in and then later after checking out called me accusing me of stealing a hair dryer when it wasn’t even in a drawer it was on the bottom shelf of the bedside table right in front of the door so I don’t recommend this place unless you like everything I mentioned I took pictures but don’t know how to add them

There is no lift in the building and we had to carry our luggage by stairs to the third floor where our apartment was and of course every time we had to take stairs. Very tiring.

The location was great. The keys were easy to retrieve from the property. The Stayright hosts were excellent. Lots of comms and friendly follow ups for the online check-in and deposit assurance pre arrival. Deposit released back quickly without fuss. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was great, very spacious and well equipped. Great location. We liked everything.

Location

It was very very dirty all the wine glasses had red wine stains. Two of the beds were broken. The floor in the kitchen didn't look moped. The kitchen table was dirty. No cloths was provided in the kitchen. The booking process was not explained prior to booking. My passport and proof of address was expected to be provided. I wasn't able to get the check information till after check in time. Even though I had made the reservation that morning I didn't get into the property till gone 6.30pm

Not value for money, Charged me additional £39 extra. Which is not mentioned in advertisements. Make sure you ready to pay additional £39 (None refundable) or £350 deposit. Shower head was broken & Electric cooker not working properly. the beds are not comfortable.

No lift, bathroom had an appalling smell and couldn’t even go to the toilet. Was very unhappy with my stay there
