the location is wonderful the apartment is great. very well equipped

The mattresses are not good, I had difficulty sleeping and the apartment was on the 3rd floor up the stairs

Location was the best you could ask for in the middle of swansea city a easy walk to every thing around.

not the places fault but the police sirens where nearly 24/7

The property was very central, parking was easy at the NCP and the apartment was very spacious and well equipped.

The cooker stopped working the first time I tried to use the hob and it tripped all the electrics in the kitchen.

Lovely, spacious apartment in a perfect location to the city centre and to our son's student accommodation. Everything we needed was catered for. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment would benefit from blinds in the living area, as room became very hot with the sun shining through. Would much prefer mattress protectors on the beds and the ensuite did have some black mold in the shower.

Good position. Close to major public transport and restaurants. Apartment spacious and illuminated.

Apartment 15 on the 3rd floor with NO ELEVATOR and steep stairs. Difficult with luggage. Stove out of order, shower and other utilities broken need repairs.

Spatious and well equipped apartment, designed well for 2 couples. The location was fabulous.

The stairs! One of our group is in their 70s. We were on the top floor and this was a real drawback which made us think carefully about how often we left the apartment.
