I liked the property, it was spacious, clean and really nice. I also liked that the representative Nicole was very helpful with helping us get into the property, she was available for any questions we had.

The beds were not very comfortable

Very good location and very spacious.

There is no lift, we were on the 3rd floor and the stairs were very steep. The apartment has one bathroom and not two as mentioned. It wasn’t clean enough and with no toiletries. The mattresses was not comfortable and need change and some pillowcases were dirty.

The property was spacious, clean and centrally located, with easy access to public transport and local attractions. We had everything we needed - a TV, cooking utensils, plates/ cups/ cutlery, toiletries, towels etc. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. Shout out to Angela who was always willing to help and offer advice on any issues we had.

The mattresses weren’t comfortable as a result of which it was hard to get a good sleep. The steps in the property are a bit steep and may be difficult for guests with mobility issues so perhaps a lift would be helpful or a warning when booking to advice that the property is a two-storey building accessed only by stairs. Finally, this isn’t an issue but more of a recommendation - signage to be put up on the walls listing the room numbers in each wing.

Beds aren’t very comfortable and need fans in them. Can’t really sleep with windows open due to the noise but really warm when closed.

Lock box instructions were totally wrong. Flat number didn’t exist and code then incorrect. There were another family with the same company, same problem for them too. Needed basic kitchen supplies e.g dish cloth. Minimal toilet paper provided Very uncomfortable beds Curtains let in a lot of day light

The location was excellent.

It took us half an hour to get the correct access codes and get into the apartment after checking in. The apartment is in a deprived city centre location - we were greeted on arrival by some rather sketchy characters! The stairs were especially steep and we were on the top floor. The photos are deceptive - this is more like student accommodation. No mattress protectors just a sheet that kept slipping off. The apartment was clean but it felt like student digs. We had bedside lights but no sockets to make them work. No dressing table to do make up and basic student style furniture. The kitchen was kitted out like a student pack had been bought - no thought about what would be needed.
