The Kingsway- 2 Bedroom Central Swansea Apartments By StayRight

Great size of appartment right in the heart of swansea. Lounge, kitchen, dinner perfect and full of the kit you need inc. Smart tv. Two good sized bedrooms. Operator very reactive to our minor questions on Friday and Saturday.

Need to put film over kitchen window and 2nd bedroom to block view into alley. It is very messy. Appt 19. That is a minor minor niggle.

No lift and very steep steps. Very dangerous and difficult to climb with bags

The apartment was very nice, the location is good and central - short walk from train station.

StayRight provided an incorrect access code for the property's lockbox, and we were not able to access the property on the night we were to check in. StayRight could not be contacted until 9am the following morning, leaving myself (59f) and my 83 year old cousin to fend for ourselves in a strange city. When I did reach StayRight the following morning, the woman on the phone was quite casual about the mishap - perhaps it's a common occurrence? Said she would contact booking.com on our behalf to organise a refund. Booking.com attempted to wash their hands of it when I contacted them the following day, informing me first that I had been satisfactorily accommodated, and then subsequently, that I hadn't contacted them quickly enough. Fortunately, I had an email from StayRight advising that they would contact booking.com for me, and eventually, I received an arbitrary and woefully inadequate refund equal to neither one third of the 3 night booking, nor even 50% of the alternative accommodation we found that first night. And that was the end of the story - booking.com has ignored subsequent communication, other than to auto respond to emails which include booking reference and other details by requesting booking reference and those other details.

Brilliant location

Access to the property was very detailed and easily accessible. Property was very clean and in a very good location, close to several shops and eateries within walking distance. Recommend Jacks Kitchen across the street for fabulous fresh food!

More toilet paper, only half a roll was provided. No kitchen paper towels. Found numerous hairs within the bed sheets, felt cleanliness was lacking in this area.

There is nothing to like except the location .

When we entered the flat it had a bad smell as well as wasn't cleaned . Toilet wasn't cleaned bed were made as it hasn't been cleaned since the last guest stay .
