"I felt safe and secure at the property with the housekeeping visiting almost everyday."

The bed has broke I can’t sleep two nights I phone the costumer service and complain about the room and the bed but no body replied back I paid £115 for two nights and slept on the mattress, which was broken very disappointed with the service
