very nice and quite, clean and comfortable and friendly staff I would recommend it for anyone interested.

got moved into another property and it definitely is not a whole apartment like it is advertised

The apartment is run remotely. You need access to your email or you will not get in. I had trouble phoning at some hours.

No hot water in the shower in the morning. Wooden floors are no protection if you have noisy guests.

I waited outside in the cold for 30 minutes with no key code to enter the house and no answer from customer service

neat and tidy

we rebooked for a further 3 days however on the day the owner changed the code to the front door thinking we didn’t pay whilst my belongings were still in the house luckily enough the owner was there when I returned and i had to phone my brother to confirm he had paid and had to Email the confirmation of payment. Had no heating or hot water on two separate occasions but this was dealt with promptly in the space of few hours on both occasions.

Absolutely nothing

Everything was bad, worst experience ever from a booking.com provider, not sure why people like this are allowed on booking.com, just gives the booking.com site a bad name. The property is very dirty cups and mugs dirty and chipped, misrepresentation of advertising, increasing fees after booking etc etc the list of bad things about this property would take an essay to write
