The rotten windows, unplastered walls, stains on furniture and stench

Estaba muy limpio y tenía buena ubicación.

Liked access to property without keys and being allowed to check in early. There wasn’t much else to like as once we were in the flat we realised how difficult the next few days were going to be. It was a very tricky stay for us.

There are so many things in the flat that could be improved and that were not great for us at all. The bathroom was mouldy, dusty and stank - nothing we did got rid of the smell. In fact if you open the window, the smell actually got worse with the heat. There were no curtains in the laundry area which would not great as there was no privacy. The windows in the flat were bare bones and of no use. The pillowcases looked like they had not been washed in days and the bathroom had nowhere to hang your clothes or towel. Comfortable beds but I am not sure how clean the bedding was. The microwave was filthy and had not been cleaned. The coffee machine looked like it had limescale in it and there was still water in it. In the double bed room there was an electricity box in the wall that made sizzling, electric noises all day all night long that had us worried constantly. You didn’t actually need a code to enter the front door as it was almost always open and anyone could come and go as they please. I think we’ve actually left the room cleaner than how we got it. The owner should consider getting new cleaners in and have maintenance work done before considering to rent it out again. We found the smell disgusting and almost dangerous to ingest. We would wake up with it in our nostrils and we would come home to it. I can currently smell it on my clothes. It was disgusting.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter Alfama et les quartiers autour. L'appartement est spacieux et bien équipé

Le compteur d'eau proche de la chambre s'entend vraiment beaucoup! L'appartement est mal insonorisé (on entend bcp les voisins, surtout d'en dessous) mais pour avoir testé d'autres locations... c'est tjs comme ça dans les vieux immeubles de Lisbonne

W samym centrum wszystko blisko ,Nocleg na samej górze ,kontakt z właścicielem rewelacja nie ma co narzekać jak tylko na przespanie pralka wszystko było i klimat kamienicy też .

The location and size of the property was great for us

The walls are marked and the balcony railings didn’t feel very safe, the bedroom to the front door frames and decoration needs attention but overall pleasant stay
