Tem um problema com o cheiro de esgoto do banheiro se você deixar a janela sempre fechada e faltou suporte para o sabão de banho, fora isso tudo ok

Stinky sewage smell, mold allergens, one small fan for 4 rooms.

Great location, very responsive hosts when a fan was broken, generally well equipped, secure parking nearby

The front door of the building is stiff so needs quite a bit of force to get in. The lock on the door to the apartment is also sensitive meaning the code was accidentally entered incorrectly multiple times and caused temporary lock-out (10min while reset). We wouldn’t recommend to stay here in the summer as it’s too hot without aircon unfortunately (it is clear there is no aircon). The stairs to the apartment were steep for my parents (>60yrs). Access to the building by uber was not possible.

Good location. Close to the city center. Big and cozy apartment. Well equipped.
