Alfama, Bright and Spacious With Private Terrace, By TimeCooler

I've stayed in many apartments and rooms across different countries and more often than not once you're there half of the amenities and facilities are absent. Whereas here, everything that was advertised, described and promised was delivered. Although that may seem like a given, it is not. Accessing the property, especially since 6 of us were staying there, was as easy as remembering two 4-digit codes. The communication and response times from the host was was more than acceptable with same day responses and solutions given. All amenities working properly, no complaints from the accommodation at all. For the price you pay the apartment is exceptional. Location wise, its very close to the train station, slightly far from city centre but considering how affordable bolt and uber is, its acceptable.

My only dislike would be walking up the stairs to the top floor, however for the view of the sunset and sea alone, It was worth it.

I loved the rooftop and multiple levels! It was in a great location that was easy to walk around. The grocery store was nearby as well so it was easy to get all of our grocery needs. Jessica and team were very friendly and helpful for anything we needed.

The Wifi didn't work the first day when I needed to get some work done. It did work after a technician came a on the second day. Also, we only received 1 key so it would of been nice to have multiple keys

Location and convenience of entry was not very accessible.

Pity we couldn’t do a late checkout but that was understandable as there was a guest coming the next day. Also the tea and coffee was out.
