Crow’s Nest, Central New Forest coastal village beach apartment

Great location, comfy beds - good communication with owner.

Property was very dirty, carpets were very stained throughout and need replacing. The surfaces and bathroom were clean, but the floors were filthy and surfaces thick with dust and dirt. Thick dust and dirty under and behind all the beds. It wasn’t pleasant with children playing on the floor coverings. Duvet covers were new, but were straight out the packet and hadn’t been laundered beforehand. One duvet cover was old and covered in a yellow crusty staining - which when reported to the owner was replaced with a new one straight away. Owner apologised for state of property but did nothing to reassure issues would be addressed during our stay or afterwards.

We loved the flat which looks even nicer than the photos. It's spacious, comfortable and really well equipped and perfectly located in the middle of the village. There are lovely places to eat and it's a 10 minute walk to the beach. Also, the local Co-op stayed open til 10pm most nights, which we really appreciated as city dwellers.

It was a tiny thing but on the night we arrived, the pub next door was having a music night which spilled out into the road. I messaged our host who couldn't have been more apologetic. It was a one-off and the rest of our stay was lovely and quiet.

Lovely apartment in the centre of the village, 10 minutes walk to the seafront. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with views of the village. Gemma was very quick to respond when we had a couple of queries. Great location for exploring the New Forest and having the parking clock included was so useful. Breakfast from the bakery below is a must!

Great stay. Very comfortable, well equipped, clean and spacious apartment. Brilliant central location - and over a great bakery was a bonus ! The parking clock supplied was also a nice bonus. Milford-on-Sea was nice, with good choice of eateries, independent shops etc. Would highly recommend Crow’s Nest and would be very happy to stay again if in the area in the future. Many thanks

Great location. Spacious. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable and homely.

Twin room no wardrobe or hooks to hang clothes on. Mirror on dressing table not polished. Main bedroom had wardrobe but was being used as storage for high chair, stair gate, hoover so not easy to access.

Fantastic place to return to from a long hike, you had all the bits you need and more. The place is quiet and peaceful, as well clean and cozy. Oh and your no more then a 5 minute walk from the beach.
