Crow’s Nest, Central New Forest coastal village beach apartment

We had a lovely stay at the Crows Nest. Loved the location. Kitchen was very well equipped and the property had a lovely homely feel.

Would have been nice to have had some logs and coffee pods, as mentioned. Dirty tissues left in the bin in the lounge. Bathroom was a work in progress! It felt cold, because there was no blind up at the window.

Spacious accommodation, with a central Milford location being ideal for our needs. We were able to park in spaces by the bakery (directly below the flat) which was perfectly adequate for loading/unloading.

Cleaning could be better, with food having been left under the sofa by previous occupants. Washing machine was on and full of laundry when we arrived. No dishwasher tablets or washing liquid came with the property, but we feel that at least one of these should be provided - you wouldn't expect to take dishwasher tablets everywhere you go, so why have a dishwasher if it can't be used..? Alternatively you could include this point in the property confirmation/check-in instructions, although on this occasion it wouldn't have helped since the check-in details were only provided 2.5 hours before check-in (having had to specifically request them!) by which time we were already en-route...

Loved the apartment. Beautiful, comfortable, clean and central.

Loved the layout , added to fact had a bakery for Breakfast underneath , shame wasn’t open Sundays

Could have done with Kitchen paper towel for wiping surfaces down

The twin bedroom really needs hooks, for clothes.

The location is perfect when you are visiting the south coast. Lots of great places to get food, all within walking distance.

The bath towels could be bigger.
