Beautiful & very peaceful. In a great location. Would recommend over any hotel. Thank you again for making our stay in Tampa enjoyable and stress free. Can't wait to book again in the future.

I think there was a problem with the a/c- the units were not blowing cold air and had an error code. That said, it did not effect our stay

My sister (early 30s) and I ( later 20s female) were going to Tampa for a weekend and found this place and thought it would be perfect. The place was cute and close to downtown so it was perfect. Until check out date. I send a message to her that I left the place per request. Around 2 pm that day, she messaged me accusing me of putting a hole in her fridge. I told her I did not do it considering we barely used the fridge or the kitchen in general. She then proceeded to double down. “You are the only one in the unit, it wasn’t there before you checked in and damaged when you leave. I would expect a guest to at least admit and explain how it happened. We hold you completely responsible for this damage.” She charged me $250 on top of my stay making it a total of around $ 750 for Friday-Sunday... I called booking.com and they called the property. Apparently “it was a misunderstanding and that the property was very sorry so the inconvenience and they apologized, from further investigation. It was only a minor damage and they will be giving me a refund. I would have not receive my refund of the deposit if I did not call them. I never received a message from them apologizing or anything. I would stay clear from them. But if you do decide to book with them. I would make sure you throughly take a video of every inch of the placer.

The location and the comfort

Difficult to identify the property to use the key code, had to knock on the door of the adjacent assumed rental property. The property was at the rear and of the grounds and ground floor of a 2 storaye house.

The advertised photographs only show single level bungalow, our rental was in a 2 storey building. The noise from the above tenants for 2/3 days was terrible and had to request they tone down the noise. Sound insulation betweenthe lowe and upper floors was poor. Would advise better and clearer desciption of type of rental property rather than show just bungalow single storey rentals. Other than that, allwas OK.
