Betterplace 2-Bedooms Walk to Armature Works and Downtown Tampa

The location was great, the place was very nice, very clean. Nice stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and washer, dryer. The parking was good, you had to go around back but it was very close to the apartment.

There were some tiny ants on the counter top when we got home 1 night, we cleaned them with a Clorox wipe. The couch was hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, the beds were too low.

Great Location. Very safe.

Parking is limited. Had to park on a narrow street.

The house was nice and clean we loved it I will book this unit again.

The parking the back is nice but it just wasn't big enough for my truck. Other than that everything was good..

Great location. Nice cute place. High quality renovation. Helpful and nice owners / managers. We would have stayed longer if we could.

I forgot the wallet when I left the house, I emailed the host immediately and ask them if it’s possible to mail the wallet to me and they said yes and said I need to pay the fee for that, and of course I said yes. After I received my wallet and PAID my mail fee when they sent out the mail, I find there’s $16 cash missing from my wallet. When I go ask the host, they said they r out of the town and ask the cleaning to do this, cleaning team said to do this extra work, they need $25 for gas and service, and because at the same time cash can’t be mailed, they just KINDLY TOOK THE CASH OUT WITHOUT TELLING ME, saying they didn’t even ask me for the $9 more. I then ask them to provide the conversation as a proof but they sent me a pic of them transfer $25 to the cleaning team on Jan 13, which is today, but I left the house on Jan 9. If the host or the cleaning team tell me all in advance, I will give them all the fee that I need to pay, but without telling me in advance and took things away without a notice? That’s not KIND! I attached the whole conversation below as a prove. Just be careful don’t leave anything behind just like me I guess.

Fantastic location, nice walking distance to local attractions. Very comfortable set up privacy, quiet, comfy. Couldn’t ask for more.

Everything!! The location was perfect and close to food,bars and attractions. Isaac was very helpful and a awesome host. Luxury setting,CLEAN and quiet for studying!! Was here for real estate school. Definitely would recommend!!
