Stairs are steep & difficult to navigate with big luggage

The excellent restoration of this historic 3rd floor space has been done with awareness, sensitivity & charm. A modern bathroom makes it into a comfortable & cosy self-contained apartment. There’s even a cute balcony to enjoy at the back. There are adequate facilities to prepare breakfast, and a supermarket is very close-by, not to mention loads of good cafes. The managers were always readily available & helpful.

I would have liked a better functioning exhaust fan in the bathroom. Though we found it rather fun, some may not be OK with climbing the narrow stairs to the 3rd floor loft.

beautiful place with fantastic artistic design, it was well designed and, comfort and they thought about every detail, even on the beautiful card game. I wish our stay were longer. Sure we will be back.

We love Haarlem and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed. More affordable than a hotel and bigger space with a more comfortable bed. Great location on a quiet street, but only a 5 minute walk to the Grote Market main square. Very large king size bed with lots of pillows and nice linens. The bathroom is private and all in one space (not open to the room like a lot of them). Nice little patio for drinking wine at night.

Not staying longer! Everything was great. The only thing someone may want to know is that the stairs are typical of the area, steep and a little tight, but only two short flights.

Absolutely stunning loft in a perfect location! This luxurious lift exceeded all our expectations. The space is very spacious, allowing us to feel right at home the moment we walked in. Cleanliness was impeccable, and every corner of the loft was spotless. Do keep in mind that the stairs are quite steep and small, as its a very old building. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. A highlight for us was the charming outside patio, which added a nice touch of tranquility and provided a lovely spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Overall, we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We can't wait to return! Thanks Guido.
