"City living with a slice of nature"

Location was excellent for Coop Live and Etihad Stadium. Balcony was great, especially as the weather was very hot on our visit. Sat out watching the geese and other birds along the canal. Secure parking. Two bathrooms - a must for getting ready for a concert!

"Fabulous location and views"

Lovely view, was perfect location for the Co-op live and Ethiad stadium. Trams were 5 mins walk away and great it had Asda and McDonald’s in walking distance too. Loved the balcony !

Nothing - it was very very warm but the patio door has a tilt function.
