Very close to the Co Op Live arena and a short walk along the canal into the city centre.

Location was perfect if you are going to watch the football game at the Etihad stadium. It was literally walking distance of 10min. Quiet location with easy access to car parks and also supermarkets if u need groceries. Loved the location. Would stay again when i go to Manchester.

Sofa very uncomfortable, no cereal bowls in kitchen , parking spot not clearly marked

The location was fantastic. The parking was handy. The YouTube video to assist with the sofa bed, was helpful.

The parking numbers were difficult to read, and once we found the parking, there was a car parked in the allocated space. The owners were very helpful when we rang to address the issue. There was no shampoo (but we took our own anyway), 4 towels available (for booking of 5), and no tea towel to dry up and only 1 glass bowl found, so the children's cereal was a no, no!

No toilet paper in main bathroom. Quite expensive for 1 night
