The owners are very friendly and helpful.

It was different from expected. This place is possibly better suited for AirBnB. It feels like all the leftover furniture, crockery, and cuttlery have been put in this studio. The bedding, couch cover, and towels are all mismached and faded. Apparently, the owners intend for the bedding to be excluded and to be either brought or rented for (€7.50). It would be fairer to both renter and owner of this is communicated in the same way. Also, the tourist tax is now €3,50/noght, compared to the advertised 2. The shower is quite small and inconvenient. Even with the curtain in place, I had to hold the showerhead to fit and not splash the whole bathroom because the usua le space is very, very narrow..

Self-contained studio with everything you need. Studio was very clean and tidy. Airy and bright space that is also fitted with air-conditioning, a rare find these days!

Check-in was rather late (6pm) and checkout time indicated was 10am. I was there for a conference so I didn’t really mind, but it could be problematic for holiday makers. Also, not for people with mobility issues as there are several (narrow and quite steep) staircases to climb.

Despite being located right under the rooftop of the house on the 2nd floor, the apartment is quite spacious and provides everything one needs for a short stay, including basic kitchen utensils, a microwave, and a fridge. The family lives downstairs on the ground and first floor, the apartment shares an entrance with the first-floor apartment in the back of the house. Everybody was very lovely and kind, so no complaints at all there. I appreciated that despite the cheap price the host provided some coffee, milk, and tee free to use in the kitchen/fridge. Dubrovina even offered to lend me a bike to get around as well as an umbrella when it was raining.

I was a bit surprised that I was asked to pay 7,50 € extra upon arrival for bed sheets and towels. I know that this is customary in some Airbnbs, but didn't expect it when booking via booking.com. It was not an issue for me, but I think that it could just be included in the price in general (as the apartment is very cheap and great money for value anyway and this shouldn't make a huge difference in the total amount charged).

a simple complete setup which suited my situation. Very good communication with the host on beforehand, and during the stay. Very friendly and helpful.

The shower was a bit of a challenge, the bad made up for it. As long you don't expect 5 star accommodation, it was all there, i don't really have anything to complain about.
