The size of the apartment. Wifi was fast and working well. The communication with the host was smooth and quick. The house had parking spaces at the front. The location of the apartment was easy to find.

Upon arrival, it was apparent that the place had bugs such as cockroaches and smelled a bit. There were only 4 normal sized towels and no extra towels to wrap your hair around after a shower. They only gave very small additional towels (20 x 20 cms). We had to clean the drains as they were filled with dirt. The floor was dirty and should have been cleaned. In the lower apartment, the stove top didn't work. The review is applicable for both apartments.

The location is very close to Qantab hiking and beach!

The location was very good and close to the beach, but not to the main city of muscat.. Large enough space in this unit for our family and friends gatherings.

The maintenance there was not very good: did not have enough toilet papers for our two unis, and they were not willing to provide enough toilet paper!! I still gave good reviews because they were very polite, and they did provide us with a few other things, like a large cooking pot and towels. The maintenance overall was poor. The microwave didn't work. Many of the AC remotes were not working due to old batteries, and they didn't change all of them! There were not enough towels there, but they provided towels to us.
