ONE Guest Place 2BHK Apartments near the Beach

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 3 nights, and it was one of the best experiences we've had. The apartment is spacious, very clean, and offers easy access to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, and the city center is only a 15-minute drive away, making it very convenient for exploring. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable,relaxed and well-located stay.

Unreliable, rude. You're on your own and especially if you're travelling with Kids. DONT GO THERE. The staff supposed to be coordinating are not even present in Oman and are working remotely. The caretaker behaves like the owner of the building and in no uncertain terms if anything goes wrong or you need help, trust me, it won't happen. Cockroaches, Tap and water flow incredibly slow, ac not working, electricity issue.

Good communication with the host

The location close to the beach is very nice. Qantab is lovely.

We faced almost daily issues with low water pressure, there were cockroaches in the room (occasional) and the Internet was not reliable (“the owner didn’t pay the bill for the Internet”). No apologies, no refund for the data we had to buy to be able to work. The service of the (hired) staff was great, but the place is just very badly built and the owners (who we didn’t communicate with) seem to be totally ignorant of service. The place was quite expensive for what we got.

The apartment is located out of busy city which we really liked. It is walking distance from the beach and the mountains surrounding it, is spectacular. We will definitely book again because we love the piece and quiet. The staff were all super friendly and contributed to the experience.

The master bed was very very hard.

Bed sheets were clean, kitchen was clean. Location was close to the beach.

There were maybe 30 flies in the apartment when we arrived. It took >2 hours from the staff to get a fly swatter, so we just went on a massacre with a towel. No exaggeration, there were at least 30 in the room. The shower water pressure was low, so low, the water heater could not kick in. They only came to resolve it after we asked them to cancel our remaining nights. There was a strong sewer smell coming from one of the two toilets. As other reviewers stated the shower does not drain water naturally. No toilet paper provided.
