ONE Guest Place 2BHK Apartments near the Beach

- Beach towels are provided, - Close to the beach. - Great view on the mountains. - Terrace. - High celling.

- Appartment preparation was not completed in time. - Bath towels were not provided for one of the rooms. - Home slippers are not provided. - Periodic low pitched noise in the whole building, even at night, which disrupts sleep. - The floor in the shower has a slope in the wrong direction, and water doesn't go away. - Batteries in remote controls for air conditioning are low. - TV loses volume from time to time and has to be completely turned off and unplugged from the socket to restore functionality. - Cockroaches.

The location was awesome with beach just walking distance from apartment. Caretaker were responsive and very kind. I will definitely stay again in future.

Worst experience with hidden charges, the total amount was 18 omr but once I arrived and unpacked they asked me to pay and it was a different amount, 15 omr extra that was not mentioned before as they claimed it’s for cleaning and when they contacted me they didn’t mention it

The master bedroom attached bathroom shower area needs to be rectified. The drain is not proper as slope is opposite to drain point. Had to constantly use wiper to guide the water to drain.

New modern finish. Great beach location
