ONE Guest Place 2BHK Apartments near the Beach

Spacious clean apartment, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and toilet, good water flow, quiet location, parking in front of the house, few meters from the beach, close to shops, very accommodating host, arranged everything. We had a lot of fun.

All was OK.

The property is clean and well maintained, There was a power cut in the evening, when the weather is very hot, and it took 1 hour + to get the power back, although they offered alternative property nearby, it was unexpected and caused inconvenience especially on a hot day.

Check in experience could have been better, we have to call multiple times before we could find which is the correct property.

Immaculate

I liked everything, flat, location, host, facilities. It has mountains and beach near. What else you need for holiday!

I was just lost in flat types. I wasn’t able to see how to book top floor. I thought it is one flat but the property has three floors. That was my confusion. And I didn’t like that the place has no dining facilities around. Only small coffee shop. Basically if you want to eat out you can go to resort restaurants or order from talabat

It was a good location for tourists because it is a calm area and also near to beach but if someone wants to go in downtown, it is a little far Also the furnitures if the apartment are comfortable

The slope in the bathrooms is not toward the sewer so is collectted much water in the surface during take a shower also its drain has problem and in the bathrooms are a bad smell

June the property manager was amazing and very welcoming. The place was recieved super clean and well arranged. Didn't have trouble checking in late. The balcony was super for my dog to chill at. Also it was close the beach which was a plus! The neighbourhood was very pet friendly :)

Supermarket and other amenities were little far. If you have a car it would be easy to go around!
