Nothing to say good about expect location. Rooms are like size of balcony . So small waste of money . Washroom are not functional properly. Staff owns the property worst. Only location is good . Rates are very high but where is service , facilities,& food

Fast check in. The staff is very courteous and the service is really fast. Food is great. Nice location. Over a value for money deal. The room service is also very efficient and speedy.

Absence of cupboards in the room. We had a three day stay and cupboard for clothes is an essential commodity.

The property is located extremely close to the beach at a few minutes' walk from the room. The property is well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly. The restaurant serves good breakfast. The toiletries provided in the rooms are of good quality. The rooms were extremely cozy and maintained well daily. The team consisting of Nivas, Madhavi, Tejshree, Shreyash, Gulshan, Praveen and Swapnil took extremely good care of us. The chef made sure our taste buds were served well. The taste of the Solkadhi lived up to its name and touched the soul. They ensured all the comfort during our stay at the property. Always on their toes to ensure our comfort was meet. I am extremely happy to write this applauding effort for the team. I highly appreciate the support and comfort offered during our stay. Keep up the great work team.

1. Include hand towels along with bath towels in every room 2. Lack of personal refrigerator in the Kokan cottages 3. Can look at curtailing the rates during the weekdays
