"Great stay ,service and food."

Great stay, quick service. Food was tasty esp Crab , chicken sukka , Modak on request was too good. Beach access made it ease.

"Unworthy property."

Only Location is good.

Rooms were leaking, ceiling fan not working, ceiling light broken,it doesn't look like orchid property, a cup of tea 100rupee, one sandwich 275rupee,improve konkan villa conditions, it's not worth 4400rupee per day.

"Overall satisfactory stay"

- property location, beach is just walking distance - food was good and reasonable rate - overall service were good and satisfied

- bathroom needs upgrade, flush and tap are really out of date and not working properly - Should improve beach side facility as people usually like to stay around beach and you have amazing location - first resort I have seen where driver facility are paid, 500 per day for driver to stay. Seems they don’t like drivers ☹️
