"My stay at the hotel was generally good, except the non-operation of the gym and the swimming pool"

The friendliness of the staff and security.

The fact that the swimming pool was never filled with water for swimming. Your gym was also not operation to enable me exercise. I had to break my schedules for exercise.

"A lovely one, easy access to everywhere!"

The breakfast was very okay. The staff (Bright and Gideon) were very helpful. They need to fix their telecommunications from the room, though, and ensure the drinking water is replaced daily as against only on arrivals. But in total, the ambience was superb, the WiFi signal was good, and the cleanliness of the room, plus the room itself, was great!
