Heart of Hull Hotel

Beautiful facilities, very clean and tidy room, beds were very comfortable, absolutely loved the hot tub, loved the fact there was a shared kitchen for making hot drinks. Great location for the town centre - Excellent. 👍🏼

Not really a negative or that we didn’t like anything, just an observation really - would be great if there were USB ports 😊

Could get set into rooms without having to interact with staff and the rooms are nice

The bed aren’t that comfortable

It’s moments from the station but tucked away down a side street so you don’t get too much noise. Very handy having the communal kitchen diner to warm up food etc. Marvellous having a fan which kept me cool all night. I slept well. And there’s a handy corner shop next door for drinks biscuits etc.

The stairs up to the rooms were rather steep and narrow which older guests should be aware of. The overhead light in my room was rather glaring and I couldn’t get the bedside lights to work. A non slip mat in the shower room would be helpful.

Everything was really clean comfy me and my son really enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was just a added bonus would definitely stay again
