I didn't have to pay for anything I didn't want. Absolutely no hassle. Excellent location opposite the station.

Great location, comfortable room, easy access

I stayed in the same room a few months ago, and noted a lot of limescale on the shower. This was still present on my return

Location was great , near the train station and city centre.

We were in Room 2 , sleeps 2 with a sofa bed , the sofa bed was awful and my 14 year old son had the most uncomfortable night's sleep. There was no bottom sheet available and the sofa had stains on it. The main double bed was ok if you like rock hard beds. The shower was ok but someone should really clean the black mould and long black hairs from the bottom of the shower..

The facility was clean but have a poisonous smell in the rooms.

The place was over valued. The online pictures was deceiving. The amount I paid was too much for the room.

Bathroom and shower were nice

Tiny room, bed very hard, it was suppose to have parking but its on street parking and most of outside was taken or its double yellow lines.. it advertises a hottub but this is chargeable at £25.

Room was very clean

Hot water took long time to warm up. And that the kitchen was on ground floor . With no lift , it was hard to keep going down for boiling water for tea or cofee
