the place smelt disgusting. it didn’t look clean and it was definitely not somewhere i would recommend someone to stay. We walked into the place and immediately left and had to find a new place to stay. Asked for a refund and nothing. Was a very disappointing stay.

Central location was the only good thing about this accommodation.

The accommodation was extremely damp and had a strong unpleasant smell. The duvet was stained and felt wet, and by the next morning all of our clothes had absorbed moisture from the air. We even opened a packet of food, and within a few hours it had gone soft due to the humidity in the room. Because of this, we had to remove the duvet and pillows and sleep directly on the bed, but the room still felt very uncomfortable due to the excessive moisture. There is a shower inside the room with no shower dome and no proper ventilation, which likely explains the severe dampness. This also raised concerns about whether the room meets basic safety and accommodation standards. We had booked for four nights but had to leave on the second day and spend additional money finding a dry and suitable place to stay in Auckland for the remainder of our trip. The room was also very noisy, and we could clearly hear people in the neighbouring rooms. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. The condition of the room was unacceptable, and it was a complete waste of money since we could only stay one night despite paying for four. We would not return and would not recommend this place to anyone.
