Cheap to stay at

Again the not so up front descriptions and stuff like that deceiving of you ask me but for price i paid was ok

No window in the room, shared bathroom. The walls are so thin you can hear absolutely everything — I’ll spare you the details. People talking loudly, slamming doors constantly until 2 or 3 a.m., making it nearly impossible to sleep. Then the noise starts again around 6 a.m., so no proper rest at all. The room was dirty, the shower full of mold, and the kitchen had only a microwave that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The only good point would be the location — but otherwise, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely nothing

There was cum stained sheets and hairs all over the bedding and other delightful marks on the mattress I had to strip the bed, including not using the pillows. the pillows are yellow . Room with no window and the bathroom which was shared had years of soap build up it is obviously not being cleaned often. Also lastly to get into the building the staff says follow instructions sent on booking.com however there aren’t any instructions on there including the door code info . It was confusing. It also smells like rat piss but that could be the ceiling tiles .

Not sure what's up with all the bad reviews? We booked being fully prepared for something cheap but questionable (as backpackers do!). But this was not the case at all, both staff members we met were super friendly and lovely. Also, working very hard cleaning and tidying the areas every day. Although the kitchen only has a microwave for cooking, it has all the utensils, plates, bowls you need to enjoy a cheap and easy ramen. You also have access to a fridge and freezer. Our bedding and towels were clean and the room was comfortable enough with a fan. The hotel is only a 15 minute walk to the sky tower and there is a woolworths less than a 5 minute walk away. Good for backpackers trying to save money.

No staff at all, you go in and unlock some boxes to get to get in, a shared toilet and shower between 5 rooms. I'm not sure when the last time this place was cleaned. There were spots on the bedsheets and pillow cases that we could scratch off (proof it's not clean obviously) and there is black mold sitting in the rooms and bathrooms.

The walls were not even sealed to the ceiling, you can see the light theu the gaps from the hallway. You could also hear the shower and toilets theu the whole building so makes it hard to sleep. Also no windows either at all so felt a little bit sketchy. Didn't like not having an emergency fire escape
