Apartment near Iulius Mall with Balcony & Private Parking

Apartamentul este amplasat intr o zona buna.

Apartamentul era extrem de murdar, în baie pe jos era plin de păr, semn ca nu a fost curățat înainte să venim deși am plătit taxa de curățenie 200 de lei la prețul final. Nu am avut nici săpun de spălat pe mâini, a trebuit să cumpărăm. Aparatul de cafea cred ca nu a fost spălat niciodată, nici n am îndrăznit sa facem cafea, erau capsule deja folosite în el. Proprietarii sunt un dezastru, n-au mai răspuns la mesaje după ce am început să ne plângem. Cred ca temperatura in apartament este setată pe 21 de grade și nu o poți ridica mai sus, astfel încât le-am scris mesaj dacă ne pot ajuta cu instrucțiuni cum am putea ridica temperatura. Apartamentul fiind mare, la 21 de grade înghețai în casă efectiv. Nu au răspuns la mesaje, astfel ca am fost nevoiți să stăm cu aerul condiționat pornit pe 30 grade ca să nu înghețăm. Poate le convine mai mult să plătească curentul decât căldura, ce să zic. Oribila experiență, nu o să ne mai întoarcem niciodată aici.

The apartment itself is super spacious, there is parking available underground and the area is quite nice, super close to Iulius mall and all its amenities. The AC was super welcomed for those hot days and the building was quiet and fancy.

The bed was damaged: it was broken in half, so there was a dip right in the middle. I had texted the hosts, but with no feedback from them, so I had to sleep in that uncomfortable condition. Too bad, as everything else was spot on.

The apartment is very nice but badly managed.

The manager of the property is terrible, I was not provided with a working tag for entering the building, they refuse to issue an invoice, the bathroom was dirty when I arrived, there was no toilet paper and they promised it would get resolved the next day but didn’t send anyone. The bed sheets feel like they’ve been washed daily for 5 years.
