Apartment near Iulius Mall with Balcony & Private Parking

Apartmant is nice and clean. it's good location and has it's parking.

it's more expensive than other apartments on similar location. The worst part is online checking. The host was not helpful at all. On basic questions they had only one answer and that was to check our email. At that moment, they weren't helping at all.

It is near city center, we'll organized, spacious for a group of 3-4pers it is perfect. Also, it well equipped and has a nice design.

there are 2 parking lots available and free, but the contact person did not know where the key to go inside the parking was ( BTW it is un underground parking) and also to use the parking you need a key. Both keys are inside the apartament, the key for the parking itself it is under the TV ( found it after searching all over the place, they did not give you this enough and the key to go inside the parking is over the coffee table)-- I put some photos with the keys. Pro tip, you când park in the front of the building, it is free. Also, you do not receive the check in details only after you complete the 'check in formular'. Also, there was not enough soap, hand soap and toilet paper, we asked them for it and it came, but in the next day.

The location was really good close to the Mall and a 10 minute walk to the city centre. The apartment is spacious and really nicely decorated.

When we arrived we weee told we would find a card for the main entrance into the building in the postal box. The postal box was closed and I had to call the owner multiple times only for them to not belive when I said the box was locked. After an hour of waiting outside they concluded thay the box was indeed locked and asked us to call the neighbours to open the door. We were told there was a key for the garage in the apartment that we could use to exit or enter the building. There was no key. They messed up out plans really badly since we could not come get back into the building at a later hour in the night. The next day they called and said that they cannot give us a key and we need to share the apartment card with the neighbours in order to enter the building. There was a lot of calling and talking to the owner, which really took away from the experience of the trip. Such ignorance should not be acceptable. There is no way you can receive guests and not give them a key to the building door.

The place was very clean,numerous lighting options that add to the ambience,cozy,thermostats in every room,heated floors,smart tv,fully equipped kitchen,very close to the centre,very close to the supermarket,host readily available via WhatsApp. It was very enjoyable overall

No soap,no dishwasher tabs,no extra linens for the comforters

Nice apartment, but...

This was our worst accommodation yet. We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend, 24h+ of which we had no running water. There was no problem with the water network (I personaly called and spoke to them, the contact person from the apartment said she got no answer so we'll just wait for the problem to resolve itself - it only took 5min of waiting on hold to get through with the water company). After many many calls with the apartment's receptionist, during which she assured me it was a general problem, that no other apartment that they manage in the building have running water, that all the other renters are waiting patiently for them to solve the problem, that the building manager is on it, all lies as it turned out, we happen to meet some neighbors in the elevator and surprise: they have no problem whatsoever. I again informed reception and asked for real solutions: other available apartment (that was not a possibility, because apparently none of them had water), we asked for them to book us to other hotel (she could not make that decision, the person who could would not answer the phone). The next morning, I went looking for the building manager, who knew nothing of this problem (although the receptionist said she talked to him more than once the day before). We checked together the watermeter and he identified a wrong switch, a common problem according to him. It took 10seconds to solve the problem, if only someone would have tried to do more than wait for it to resolve itself. We got the water fixed at 10:30 AM and had to check out by 11, since it was our last day there. The first accommodation day was also a fail, as we arrived late, we could not inform the reception that they didn't supply sufficient towels and linens for the no. of persons in the booking (we traveled with a 2yo and a 5yo). There was also no soap, no showergel, no dishwasher tabs, no spare garbage bags.

Everything is excellent. Very clean. And extra equipped.
