The little pool was quite nice. Room a reasonable size

The bins hadn’t been emptied & we had old knickers & socks & paper from previous guests. It was dirty … pool furniture was horrid & black with dirt. Both beds had springs that stuck into you in the night

"Great view, but dirty room"

Location - close shops, restaurants, cheaper than downt the beach, beach walking 20min. but it’s ok, silent part View - stunning Pool - looks clean, available all day Big room Hairdryer, fridge, working AC Bread & jam, coffee, tea at the reception Cheap accom. with great view Comfy beds/ pillows

I would give it a 8-9, but I can’t just because of DIRT!! Curtains were moldy and dirty as well as bathroom walls with stains of different colors..also the chair & table were really dirty!…this was my biggest issue..floors were cleaned, toilet/sink let’s say also..furniture is very old, broken but this is not a big deal

Very clean. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. Huge fridge.

No safe, no hairdryer, location is a long walk from the beach and in particular the Landmark nightmarket - 200 baht in a tuk tuk each way.
